OOO, I'm looking forward to your thoughts on both Out of The Easy and Scent of Magic - really want to read them both. Lovely haul, Christina!
ReplyDeleteYay! It will be a little while, since I don't plan to post the reviews until about a month before publication. :-p
DeleteOUT OF THE EASY! So jealous you got that! I want to fill out an ARC request but I'm not sure where I should. And I've heard amazing things about The Lunar Chronicles. I have a copy of Cinder somewhere around the house, but apparently it has a huge cliffhanger ending, so I'm thinking of waiting until Scarlet's release, or until it's on NetGalley, to read it. And I hope you like So Close to You more than I did. Warning: ending may cause broken objects.
ReplyDeleteI know! I was so freaking excited when it showed up because I had NO idea it was coming. I love its face!
DeleteI may need to read the last chapter of Cinder again, because it's a little blurry in my head.
EEEEP! Breaking Point, that one looks so good. I LOVED Article 5, it was SO GOOD!
ReplyDeleteI got Scarlet too and holding off on reading it is uber painful, the ending of Cinder was such a cliff hanger so I hate that we can't review it for like EVER.
I've seen that Out of the Easy cover before but hadn't thought anything of it. Honestly, I judged it by the cover and totally thought it was an adult, not YA. So that's good to know!
Love seeing your face chick!
I'm glad you liked Article 5 too. I have high hopes for Breaking Point!
DeleteSO PAINFUL!
Nope, it's YA historical fiction. :)
My internet is wonky this morning, but I am so jealous of you getting to read Scarlet! I cannot WAIT until February!
ReplyDelete*dances*
DeleteIt's my birthday present to myself, so I'm going to try to be good and not get in on NetGalley or something. Well, I may sneak a read if the Publisher Fairy gets all benevolent and sends it to me. ;-)
DeleteOh, publisher fairies. They're the best kind.
DeleteI got Scarlet too and I am so excited to read it! I haven't read Article 5 yet but I am anxious to to see which one of my blogging buddies I agree most with!
ReplyDeleteIncredibly jealous you got a copy of Out of the Easy! I'll just buy it. DAMMIT!!!!
Anyway. Happy reading! <3
Eeee! Jenny, Giselle and I all liked it. Steph...didn't. Haha.
DeleteI know! So unexpected for Out of the Easy to show up.
Oooooooohhhhhhhh Out of the Easy. Man I want that one - I keep getting rejected *waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh*. I'm going to have to do a Kara and just buy it too.
ReplyDeleteOK, you have a legitimate excuse for Scent of Magic ;-)
Enjoy!
I thought they never rejected you on Edelweiss?
DeleteYay!
I am so jealous of all 3 books everyone here has been talking about (Out of the Easy, Scarlet, and Scent of Magic). Seriously, girl, I"m like dying to read all three of them!
ReplyDeleteMe too! They all ought to be amazing.
DeleteOUT OF THE EASY. Be still my heart.
ReplyDeleteAlso I am kind of jealous of the Maria V. Snyder, although I still have not read Touch Of Power.
