Book Reviews for Just About Every Kind of Book

In My Mailbox (9)

So completely excited about the box of books I won from HarperCollins. So, so excited. I definitely squeed and did a happy dance when it arrived. I'm reading the book from it that I was least excited about now, and it's great, haha. Review to come today.

Penguin sent me a book about a man who managed to escape the North Korean death camps, which apparently make gulags seem lovely. I expect this will be exceedingly depressing and amazing.

Also, as always, thanks to all of the publishers who made my NetGalley haul possible: Macmillan, Bloomsbury, Thomas Nelson, Random House and Image Comics.

From Penguin:

Escape from Camp 14 - Blaine Harden

Won in a Giveaway (Thanks EpicReads!):

The Selection - Kiera Cass / Unraveling - Elizabeth Norris

Something Strange and Deadly - Susan Dennard

Smart Girls Get What They Want - Sarah Strohmeyer / Love & Leftovers - Sarah Tregay

From NetGalley:

All These Lives - Sarah Wylie / Breaking Beautiful - Jennifer Shaw Wolf / Angel Eyes - Sharon Dittemore

Yesterday - C. K. Kelly Martin / Between Gears - Natalie Nourigat
