YAY faster internet. Boo for being expensive.

I can't watch the video right now because I have a brat sleeping on me but I am guessing from the still that there is some Percy Play happening here! Love it. Oh and seeing Kat's comment you fixed your internet problem you were complaining about the other night. We had to upgrade our internet recently, it was annoying.

I haven;t heard of any of the books you got except for Stone Girl. I am really curious to see what you think of that one. I remember I was so excited about it when it came out because it sounded really gritty but then bad reviews started rolling in left & right. Excited to see a review from a trusted friend of mine.

Percy stole the show AGAIN because my eyes were fixed on little bits of his that could be seen ;) Anaway, yay for fixed internet and damn right you shouldn't buy hardbacks! They are way too expensive, I can't remember when I was able to buy one, and there are still books on my wishlist that I have been waiting to get for a couple of years already because they still haven't gone into mass market copy prints. :( Enjoy your reads this week, Christina!

When I heard that Yelena Black was at a signing, I became curious, b/c I know that book is packaged and I was pretty sure it was a psuedonym...so I did some googling and apparently Yelena Black is the same person as Yvonne Woon, author of Dead Beautiful. Not sure if you care but I found it interesting!

I see Sapphire Blue on the shelf behind you. Love those covers!

Can we be best friends? I just love you to death and cannot wait to meet you for real at BEA.

Yelena Black is Yvonne Woon? No wayyyy. No wonder I didn't really like Dead Beautiful either. LOL.

I love your cat. Your cat makes me want to get a cat. But my dog would not like that. I just have the urge to rescue again. GAH. Once that urge starts it's nigh impossible to make it go away.

I still need to read that Benway book you bought. It's the last one of hers I have to read. Let me know what you think when you get to it.

Haha, well, I still haven't listened to your vids from last week, so it's all good. Percy does wander onto sreen a few times. Yup. I had to buy a new wireless router. SIGH.

Oh dear. Well, this blogger wanted to trade and she didn't have much, so I just grabbed one. Helping out ftw.

Hahaha, Percy is such a little scene-stealer. He's just so flash in his fur coat.

I still buy hardbacks, but mostly only to support indies at signings or if they're on an insane deal.

Oh, that's interesting. Dead Beautiful was one of those things I enjoyed despite myself. Still not reading Dead Beautiful.

We totally can be best friends! I am so flipping excited for BEA. You have no idea.

I didn't know that either. Probably best I didn't know before the signing, because I would have been so tempted to ask things.

Cats are the best. Except for the damn fur everywhere.

I'll let you know when I get there in ten years. lol.

I think I'll have to go back in time to see if you have other videos. It is so creepy interesting to see what the people we talk to on the internet are like in real life. (or psedo-real life, as it were) Most of the books you talked about are books I want to read but haven't--stuff by Robin Benway and Meant to Be, mostly. How random that you got the second book in a series you've never even heard of. (I haven't eitehr!) Hmm. I wonder if it's any good.

I do have other videos. If you go to YouTube, they're almost all there. I'm not sure how interesting they are, but they exist. The Modelland review might be pretty funny. I do an accent and I put on a dress special.

I don't know. If I can fit them in, I will, but it's not looking good for that. :-p
