I bought In the Shadow of Blackbirds this week too! Weird! I peeked at the pictures and they were so cool. :D If I weren't getting buried in ARCs, I'd be reading it right now.

Really want to read In The Shadow of Blackbirds, Christina. I also like the quirky cover for The Symptoms of My Insanity and hope you enjoy it. Then I can try and get it too! Have a great week!

oh wow, I would be so annoyed at the whole delivery and book never getting to you. Can you track the books? if they use UPS I think they can with the track# right? Anyways glad you did a book haul. I read the symptoms of my insanity and it was pretty good! I am not sure why your friend said it has a crazy ending because I don't recall that it did. As for Pretty Amy, I haven't read it but when I do I will be sure to skip over the novella!

awesome book haul,

You should! It's such good historical fiction with a little bit of paranormal. Love it! This cover for Raf's book is so much better than the final one. Sigh.

Yeah, I have UPS My Choice, so I know when a book is getting sent to me, which is why I know that those books weren't sent.

Hmmm, well, I'll see how I feel when I get to it a couple books from now. I'm reading that one when I finish The Shadow Girl.

The novella was New Adult, and it was annoying.

I really liked Dear Cassie. The Symptoms of my Insanity sounds really good. Ugh! That's really lame about the shipping and all that. Glad that you finally did get it though. Blogger friends are the best!!

Much love for In the Shadow of Blackbirds! So glad you loved it too.

You look really pretty this week!

Boo, Penguin. They didn't answer my email anyway so boo even more. Penguin adult is bad-ass. Publicity is so nice and I love her.

I like whoricles too. :D

Seriously, I do not know what is up with that. Like, if they don't want to give me books/have me on tours, that's their choice, but if you offer me stuff, you should follow through. I work really hard to be a reliable blogger, and I expect to be treated with the same respect.

Bloggers are totally the best.

Boo indeed. Meh. Penguin adult is seriously great. I wish they would teach the YRG their ways.

I wish UPS my choice would work correctly for my PO Box. *cries in my coffee*

Symptoms of My Insanity looks good, I'll have to check out your review when it goes up.

Awww, that sucks. Do you use a pseudonym? It doesn't work for people with those I know. Which is lame.

Should be up on Saturday, if I stick to my current schedule.

WHAT? NO PERCY FIX?! I would totally go over and shoo the bee away or something for you, if I wasn't terrified of them myself. :P

Too bad about Penguin by hurray for Steph!! :) Ooooooh Blackbirds looks gorgeous! Is the cover matte? *squints* I thought the cover was sort of the shiny kind (like Grave Mercy/Dark Triumph). Hopefully I won't get mine this week, or else all homework plans will go out of the window. o_o

I'm sorry! He was watching the bee, so he didn't follow me upstairs to the library.

Steph is pretty much the best ever. So excited to meet her IRL at BEA. I don't think the cover is matte, but I'm not with the book and can't remember for sure.
